Counselling One-on-one counselling takes place with individuals and within groups. Our approach is client centred. We have found that personal and job related issues are interrelated and both matters play a role in achieving a positive result. Specific counselling issues we have addressed include Management Development, Performance Enhancement, Interpersonal Relationships, Stress and Career Guidance Tools Psychometric tests are used to aid in achieving the appropriate selection, training and counselling results. Company and individual needs are assessed prior to undertaking psychological testing. Tests of Intelligence include Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning and Abstract Reasoning. Tests of Personality include the DISC system, Firo B and Cattel's 16 Personality Factor. We use Aptitude tests such as Speed and Accuracy, Mechanical Reasoning and Spatial Relations. Personal Values are addressed by the Personal Interests and Values Inventory. Human Resource Software In addition to us offering detailed Psychological Appraisals embracing the total range of psychometric tests, we employ human resource software to assist us in our assignments. Computer generated reports are available to assist organisations decide on matters ranging from management development to driver selection.
